Please read these carefully, making a purchase from this site indicates that you accept these terms. Please note that ALL Woolfstock Festival 2011 tickets purchased after 25 July will be eTickets – no paper tickets will be issued.
eTickets
- All tickets to the festival are now only issued as electronic tickets via email using the eTickets.to system. You will be asked to present this email and the validation code in the email to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so will result in refusal of admission for which Woolfstock Festival cannot be held responsible.
- Camping is free at Woolfstock Festival and no special or additional ticket is issued for those who will be bringing a tent.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold.
- eTickets provide the platform for this transaction but your purchase and contract is made directly with Woolfstock Festival who is responsible for resolving any issues with you.
General Terms and Conditions
- Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
- We reserve the right to refuse you entry to and/or eject you from the Festival for health and safety or licensing reasons.
- We reserve the right to conduct security searches and to refuse admission to you should you refuse to comply with such security searches.
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 21 or older).
- Alcohol will not be served to people under 18.
- You will be asked to prove your age if you don’t look over 21 – please be prepared and bring your ID.
- No animals other than guide dogs are permitted on site.
- No illegal substances or glass bottles are permitted on site.
- The campsite opens on the morning of Saturday 3 September and closes at midday on Sunday 4 September.
- Those camping should adhere to the campsite rules: no barbeques, no fires, no gazebos and no peeing in the bushes. Please take all your rubbish – including tent pegs – with you when you leave. Please be considerate of others in the camping field.
- Woolfstock Festival is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event.
- Strictly no trading allowed on the site without the prior consent of Woolfstock Festival management.
- As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded for TV, video, DVD, webcast or other public broadcast.
- Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of the Festival Management.
- You must wear your wristband at all times – this is your ticket. You may be asked to leave if your wristband is missing or has been tampered with.
- Wristbands remain the property of Woolfstock Festival until midday on Sunday 4th September 2011.
- No refunds will be offered unless the event is cancelled. Refunds are equal to the face value of the ticket. You must claim your refund within three months of the date of the event.
The purchase of a Woolfstock Festival ticket is subject to acceptance of the above terms and conditions, and the festival management reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary.
