What is Woolfstock?

Woolfstock is a small festival with a big sound. Our stage comes straight from Reading Festival, with British Sea Power headlining an exciting line up of emerging artists. Running for one day and one night, we offer a more intimate festival with a maximum audience of 2,000. You'll be able to get up close to the artists in a relaxed and safe environment. You won't lose your children, but you can lose yourself as you enjoy a day and evening of fantastic music and entertainment with not a frozen burger in sight.

The festival is taking place in a stunning rural setting in Ecchinswell, Newbury, which inspired the book Watership Down. It’s a 15 minute drive from either Basingstoke or Newbury train station. There is free onsite parking and camping.

Doors to Woolfstock 2011 open at midday, with the first of the live action at 2pm courtesy of Pegasus Bridge. The campsite is accessible from Saturday morning and closes midday Sunday 4 September. We have quality loos and water taps. Camping rules include no pets (except guide dogs), no barbeques, no fires, no gazebos, and no peeing in the bushes! And please clear your rubbish – we want to leave the site spotless.

Please note, as this is a very rural site we won't have any credit card facilities or cash dispensing machines on site or nearby. So do bring plenty of cash to ensure you can tuck into the scrumptious food, pick up a few festival trinkets and get merry from our well-stocked bar all day and night long.

Woolfstock is taking place at Isle Hill, Ecchinswell, Newbury, RG20 9AA. For details of how to get to the site, the playing schedule and other festival tips, please click here
